Gov. Elect Shumlin's family and friends are arriving in Montpelier for today's Inauguration Ceremony at the Statehouse.

Gov. Elect Shumlin is heading over to the Capitol Plaza to have lunch with the former governors, including Governors Kunin and Dean. The ceremony starts at 1:30 and Shumlin will speak around 2 p.m.
