Building Bright Futures
Pownal, Vt. -- On July 14, 2004, Governor Douglas visited the Oak Hill Childcare Center in Pownal to meet with childcare providers and discuss his administration's Building Bright Futures plan to enhance early care and education services for pre-school children.
Governor Douglas also took time to visit with the children, who presented him with a special "hand-made" poster.
