Montpelier, April 14, 2007 -- Emma Cosgrove, age 8, of Waterbury joined several other young anglers and Governor Jim Douglas to fish at the Dog River in Montpelier on opening day of Vermont's trout season, April 14. Emma says she is looking forward to fishing for the big rainbow "trophy trout" scheduled to be stocked soon in the nearby Winooski River.
