Governor Douglas visits AOT employees at the Franklin County Job Fair in St. Albans in the Spring of 2003. Governor Douglas was the keynote speaker at the event and outlined the details of his comprehensive $105 million jobs package. The package, the largest investment in job creation Vermont has every made, was currently being debated by the General Assembly.
