Description: This board is responsible for the regulatory and quasi-judicial functions relating to transportation, providing appellate review in regards to issues of transportation when requested, conduct public hearings for the public interest and hear and determine disputes involving the decision of a select board of this title not to plow and make negotiable a class 2 or 3 town highway or section of a highway during the winter.
