Description: The board of directors shall have the responsibility of the general management of and authority over the property, business and affairs of the center. It shall assure that all VGIS data are of high quality and are compatible with, useful to, and shared with other public-sector and private-sector data users and to provide or ensure provision of geographic information products and services to Vermont citizens.
