Description: The commission shall conduct studies of matters concerning women. It shall review statutes and their effect on women, educate and inform business, education, state and local government and the general public about the nature and scope of sexual discrimination and other matters effecting the status of women in Vermont. The commission shall also serve as a liaison between the government, private interest groups and the general public.
