Establishing Statute: 33 VSA Ch 3 § 308
Department:
Description: This board shall advise the director of the division of childcare services and the commissioner of the department of social and rehabilitation services on all functions related to childcare and that are within the jurisdiction of the state. The board shall review and evaluate the programs and activities of the division of child care services.
