Description: This board has all legal powers of a non-profit corporation in the State of Vermont. It will approve and monitor all policies that it deems necessary or proper for the governance of VSCC and the orderly conduct of its affairs and the management of its property, provided such policies are consistent with the with VSCC Articles of Association and its by-laws.
