Establishing Statute: 16 VSA Ch 87 § 2821
Department: Vermont Student Assistance Corporation
Description: This corporation shall provide opportunities for persons who are residents of Vermont to attend colleges or other higher education institutions by awarding grants and guaranteeing, making, financing and servicing loans of funds to students qualifying under the terms and conditions set forth within it's chapter, and by providing career, educational and financial aid counseling and information services, and for other such purposes not inconsistent therewith.
