The inaugural celebration kicked-off Wednesday night in Brattleboro.

Gov. Elect Shumlin's family and friends are arriving in Montpelier for today's Inauguration Ceremony at the Statehouse.

Gov. Elect Shumlin is now at the Statehouse preparing for his swearing in and inaugural speech.

The Statehouse Lawn has been converted to a Winter Village for the inaugural.

In moments Gov. Elect Peter Shumlin will be sworn in as the 81st Governor of the State of Vermont.

After an incredible inauguration Governor Peter Shumlin and his staff have moved into their new offices on the 5th floor of the Pavillion Building.

Governor Shumlin will hold his first press conference this morning at 10:30 in the State House.

Governor Peter Shumlin met with his extended cabinet Friday morning and pledged to be a supportive and accessible leader.
