Description: The SPSC for Adult Mental Health advises the Department of Mental Health on the quality and responsiveness of the services they provide statewide for the adult mental health population. The SPSC also advises the Department on the appointment of new Directors/Unit directors, and provides its input on program management no less than once a year to the Division Director.
