Description: The Arts Council works to increase access to the arts and creativity for everyone in Vermont. Since 1965, the Council has been the state's primary provider of funding, advocacy, and information for the arts in this state. The Vermont Arts Council is unique; it is the only designated state arts agency in the U.S. that is also an independent nonprofit organization.
