Description: This agency may acquire real or personal property on either a temporary or long-term basis, receive and accept grants, make and execute contracts, provide for consolidated processing of any aspect of the financing of residential housing, assist in obtaining federal and state aid, conduct research to promote development in housing, stimulate environmental planning for housing for persons of low or moderate income.
