Department: Vermont Housing Finance Agency
Description: The Committee shall recommend policies consistent with the housing policy of the State of Vermont for the issuance of tax credits and recommend procedures to be followed in the issuance of the tax credits. It shall recommend target percentages for allocation consistent with policy. It shall serve as a resource for coordinating the funding of complex projects and conduct periodic review, at least annually, of the performance in implementing program objectives.
