Executive Orders

The Executive Order establishes the Vermont 2020 Complete Count Committee. The Committee shall identify barriers that may impede the full participation of Vermonters in the 2020 Census and shall develop, recommend and assist in the administration of an outreach action plan designed to overcome these barriers and to ensure as complete a count as possible of Vermont’s population in the 2020 Census.

This Executive Order formally constitutes the Brownfields Economic Revitalization Alliance (BERA) Program, to coordinate, utilize and deploy all available federal, State, private sector, and volunteer and nongovernmental agency resources, including funding, in the remediation, permitting and redevelopment coordination of BERA Program designated properties.

The Drug Utilization Review Board created by this Executive Order shall be a continuation and successor to the Board established by Executive Order No. 08-10 (codified at Executive Order No. 33-20), dated September 8, 2010.

This Executive Order supersedes and replaces Executive Order 04-13 (codified as Executive Order No. 20-48) and reconstitutes the Governor's Emergency Preparedness Advisory Council.

An Executive Order reconstituting and renaming the Vermont Public Safety Broadband Network Commission as the Emergency Communications Advisory Council.

An Executive Order Establishing the Justice Reinvestment II Working Group

An Executive Order promulgating the Vermont State Emergency Management Plan for 2019.
