Description: The purpose of the Vermont web portal is to increase, at no cost to the taxpayer, the ease of accessing needed information. The Board shall oversee the development and implementation of a self-funded web portal and establish charges for the services it provides. The board shall serve in an advisory capacity to the agency of administration and other state agencies regarding the dissemination and collection of state data to and from the citizens and businesses of Vermont.
