Recovery Day (Proclamation 19-008)

A proclamation designating February 6, 2019 as Recovery Day in Vermont, reminding all Vermonters that mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions respond well to proper and timely interventions, including the support from peers who have had successful recovery experiences.
