Governor Phil Scott has signed H. 511, An act relating to eliminating penalties for possession of limited amounts of marijuana by adults 21 years of age or older, into law.

Governor Phil Scott was joined by his Vermont Outdoor Recreation Economic Collaborative Steering Committee (VOREC), Thursday, to present the group’s first report, which recommends strategies to strengthen and expand Vermont’s outdoor recreation economy.

– Governor Phil Scott today announced that President Donald Trump has signed a major disaster declaration for Addison, Chittenden, Essex, Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille, Orange, Orleans, Washington, and Windham counties. Those counties suffered substantial damage during wind and rain storms on October 29 and 30.
